Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension or heart disease; 2. No regular exercise in the past 6 months, defined as <60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per week based on self-reported physical activity questionnaires; 3. No recent use of weight-loss medications or drugs affecting cardiovascular function; 4. No musculoskeletal system issues; 5. No family history of obesity. This study primarily investigates the impact of exercise on the health of obese women; men are excluded to eliminate hormonal influences.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension or heart disease; 2. Regular exercise within the past 6 months, defined as =60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per week based on self-reported physical activity questionnaires; 3. Recent use of weight-loss medications or drugs affecting cardiovascular function; 4. Presence of musculoskeletal disorders preventing exercise; 5. Family history of obesity or current use of weight-loss medications; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding.
