Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stress Urinary Incontinence Group: 1. Female, 18–55 years old, sexually active; 2. No pregnancy/delivery in the past 2 years; 3. Clinically diagnosed with stress urinary incontinence; Healthy Control Group: 1. Female, 18–55 years old, sexually active; 2. No pregnancy/delivery in the past 2 years; 3. Pelvic floor muscle strength Modified Oxford Scale (MOS) >= grade 3; 4. No complaints of urinary incontinence; ICIQ-UI SF = 0; 5. Pelvic organ prolapse POP-Q <= Stage I (i.e., no obvious prolapse); 6. Normal gynecological examination/urinalysis; no current urinary tract infection; 7. No pelvic floor rehabilitation/electrostimulation/local hormone treatment in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with urge incontinence symptoms such as frequent urination and urgency; 2. Those with a history of pelvic floor surgery; 3. Those with urethral abnormalities; 4. Those with symptoms and signs of urinary tract infection; 5. Those with severe acute or chronic heart, liver, or kidney diseases, or functional impairments; 6. Those with a history of neurological or psychiatric disorders who have communication difficulties and cannot cooperate.
