Interventions

Trial group:Administer 2-3 sprays of dexmedetomidine nasal spray after entering the waiting area.
Control group:Preoperative administration of an equal amount of normal saline as the experimental group

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18-65-year-old female patient undergoing breast surgery; 2. BMI 15-28; 3. ASA grades I-II; 4. No history of antipsychotic medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a history of central system diseases such as epilepsy; 2.Long-term users of primary sleep disorder; 3.Patients with chronic sinusitis and other nasal diseases; 4.Severe bradycardia (heart rate < 50 beats/min) or atrioventricular block above grade II.
