65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly patients aged 65 years or older and 95 years or younger; 2. Patients who are scheduled to undergo lower limb fracture surgery; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: II-III; 4. No drugs that may have a significant impact on the cardiovascular system were used before the operation, and there is no history of dependence on psychoactive substances. 5.The preoperative Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score was greater than or equal to 24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to the anesthetic drugs used in this study; 2. Patients with NYHA grade III-IV cardiac function and COPD who require continuous oxygen therapy, including grade II to III atrioventricular block or atrial fibrillation; 3. Patients with severe liver or kidney insufficiency, a history of severe hypertension, bronchial asthma, and osteoporosis; 4. Accompanied by metabolic disorders such as pheochromocytoma, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, etc. 5. There are mental disorders accompanied by Alzheimer's disease, organic mental disorders and other mental illnesses, as well as communication difficulties.
