Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.IMNM Group: (1) Patients with IMNM who are positive for anti-SRP or anti-HMGCR antibodies and meet the 2017 ENMC diagnostic criteria (2) Age 18-75 years ; 2.Non-IMNM Group: (1) Age 18-75 years (2) No recent use of iron supplements or antioxidants;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbid with other connective tissue diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic sclerosis, Sjögren's syndrome); 2.Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction (Child-Pugh class B or C, creatinine = 1.5 times the upper limit of normal); 3.Active infection, including but not limited to upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, urinary tract infection; 4.Recent use (within the past month) of medications affecting iron metabolism/oxidative stress (such as iron supplements, vitamin E, glutathione); 5.Pregnant/lactating women, or patients with malignant tumors; 6.Inability to cooperate with specimen collection or follow-up.
