Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients met the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (2019)" or "Chinese Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic Stroke (2018)" and were diagnosed by head CT or MRI examination; (2) primary, unilateral, or previous attacks without neurological deficits; (3) Stable vital signs and clear consciousness; (4) Brunnstrom grade of the upper limb was stage I-IV. (5) Aged between 18 and 75 years; (6) The course of disease ranged from 2 weeks to 6 months; (7) Transcranial magnetic stimulation could detect motor evoked potential in the contralateral brain region; (8) Informed consent was obtained from enrolled patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) upper limb movement disorders caused by other causes before the onset; (2) unstable conditions such as recurrent cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage during hospitalization; (3) severe audio-visual impairment, speech or cognitive impairment, unable to understand and cooperate with treatment and evaluation; (4) history of skull fracture and/or severe head injury, head and/or brain surgery; (5) with transcranial magnetic contraindications: metal foreign body in the head, cardiac pacemaker, wearing ear hearing aid, increased intracranial pressure, epilepsy or family history of epilepsy.
