Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, regardless of gender; 2. Planning to undergo radical resection or percutaneous liver biopsy for liver cancer at the Third Gorges Hospital affiliated with Chongqing University, with sufficient adjacent non-cancerous tissue available according to the surgical plan; 3. Imaging or pathology indicates hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and conditions for collecting adjacent non-cancerous tissue are met; 4. The volunteer voluntarily agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent form; 5. Clinical condition is stable, meeting tissue collection requirements, with no major preoperative contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathology cannot confirm cancer-adjacent tissue, or the tissue sample quality is insufficient to meet experimental requirements; 2. Combined severe underlying diseases (such as systemic immune diseases, active infections, etc.) that affect the assessment of tissue immune background; 3. Have undergone liver transplantation, or are currently receiving systemic immunosuppressive therapy; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Refuse to sign the informed consent, or withdraw authorization after signing.
