Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.diagnosed with breast cancer stage I–II; 2.Female patients aged 18–80 years; 3.Aware of their condition, with basic communication ability; 4.Death Anxiety Scale (DAS) score above the cut-off value; 5.Voluntary participation with signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combine severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.); 2.Currently using antipsychotic drugs or antidepressants; 3.Those with serious physical illnesses or those who are not suitable for participating in group intervention. 4.Those who were unable to complete the entire intervention process or were unwilling to cooperate with the follow-up visits;
