Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 60 years old; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of HNC and receiving surgical treatment; 3. PHQ-9 >= 5 points or GAD-7 >=5 points; 4. Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment; 2. Complicated with other end-stage diseases; 3. Inability to use smart devices.
