Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Nursing intern; (2) Complete at least 8 weeks of clinical internship; (3) Voluntarily sign the informed consent form and cooperate to complete all the research procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who experienced major medical accidents or severe occupational exposures during the internship; (2) Those who participated in other similar studies at the same time; (3) Questionnaires with more than 20% data missing or with missing key data.
