Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the definition of urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, or double incontinence (urinary and fecal). Urinary incontinence refers to the involuntary leakage of urine from the urethra without conscious control; fecal incontinence refers to the involuntary leakage of gas and feces from the anus without conscious control; double incontinence refers to the simultaneous occurrence of both urinary and fecal incontinence symptoms; 2. Age >= 65 years old; 3. The skin in the observed areas, such as the perineum, sacrococcygeal region, and buttocks, is intact, meeting the mild symptoms of IAD (using the IADS assessment tool).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have allergic reactions in the allergy test of skin protectants on both upper arms; 2. Those with mental disorders who cannot cooperate; 3. Those who are critically ill or cannot turn over to observe the skin as per medical advice; 4. Patients with diabetes mellitus
