Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: It simultaneously meets the diagnostic requirements of the 2020 Chinese Expert Consensus on Dry Eye and the 2023 Chinese Expert Consensus on Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD). Age >=18 years old, <=60 years old; No major systemic diseases; No eye medications have been used in the past three months. There has been no history of eye surgery or trauma in the past six months. Not worn contact lenses in the past six months; Informed consent and signing of written documents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Combined with other ocular surface lesions or ocular structural abnormalities; Patients with dry eyes secondary to rheumatic immune diseases; There are contraindications for intense pulsed light (OPT) treatment. Taking drugs that may interfere with tear secretion in the past three months; Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; Those currently participating in other clinical trials.
