Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria in the "Diagnostic Key Points for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" Accurate diagnosis of cerebral ischemia or cerebral hemorrhage through cranial CT or MRI; 2. 30 years old =20); 6. Spasm grade <= 3; 7.Agree to participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Visual impairment, hearing impairment; 2.Upper limb contractures, hemiplegic hands, or abnormally increased muscle tone in the upper limbs; 3.People with hand dysfunction caused by other reasons before the onset of the disease; 4. Patients who subjectively cannot understand or cooperate with the entire BCI training process; 5.Patients with skull defects, head infections, and skin damage; 6.Patients with other neurological disorders, inability to cooperate with training, or poor treatment compliance.
