Experimental Group:Receive ultrasound-guided PTCS for cholecystitis under epidural anesthesia

18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Before the operation, cholecystitis was diagnosed through color Doppler ultrasound, CT, magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography, cholangiography and other examinations. 2. Pregnant women aged 18 to 35 with a pregnancy of more than 12 weeks; 3. Those who are in good general condition, have no organic damage or functional disorders of important organs, and can tolerate general anesthesia and open abdominal surgery; 4. Preoperative liver function: Child-Pugh grade A or Child-Pugh grade B; 5. Normal coagulation function; 6. Informed consent of the patient and their family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with organic damage and functional disorders of important organs who cannot tolerate general anesthesia and open abdominal surgery; 2. Preoperative liver function was Child-Pugh grade C; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis requiring emergency surgery; 5. Patients with liver atrophy or intrahepatic bile duct cancer.
