Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with HAE according to the Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Management of Hereditary Angioedema. 2.Patients aged 18 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with missing clinical data were excluded. 2.Patients with atypical clinical manifestations and no definitive diagnosis were excluded. 3.Patients who were unwilling to participate or could not provide written informed consent were excluded.
