Interventions

Experimental Group:The drug will be administered via intravenous infusion. The dosing regimen consists of a loading dose of 1.0 µg/kg infused over 15 minutes upon entry to the operating room, followed
Control group:The control group will receive an equal volume of 0.9% sodium chloride injection (normal saline) instead of dexmedetomidine.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis was confirmed by conventional digital subtraction angiography, magnetic resonance imaging, CT angiography and CT perfusion examination, and met the relevant diagnostic criteria. 2. Age > 18 years old; 3. No contraindications for surgery; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with brain and autoimmune diseases such as meningitis and intracranial tumors; 2. Combined with disorders of important organs such as the liver and kidneys; 3. There is a history of cerebral hemorrhage within 3 months before the operation; 4. Severe hypertension.
