Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children scheduled for cochlear implantation or in the postoperative stage: Recruited mainly through Tianjin University Children’s Hospital, cochlear implant rehabilitation clinics, and other collaborating medical institutions via physician introduction and outpatient consultation. Children with good preoperative cooperation may undergo testing before implantation, and after surgery will enter a high-frequency follow-up stage for long-term tracking of auditory function changes. 2.Children with cochlear implants who have achieved stable rehabilitation and are receiving music training: Recruited mainly through the Tianjin Dolphin Hearing-Impaired Children’s Choir, rehabilitation schools, and parent WeChat groups of social support organizations, with a focus on observing the longitudinal effects of music training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with severe cognitive impairments who cannot understand or comply with experimental tasks; 2.Children with severe emotional disorders or behavioral problems that interfere with study procedures; 3.Children unable to comprehend or follow study instructions.
