Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain (cNSLBP) group: 1.1. Aged 18-60 years; 1.2. Diagnosed with chronic nonspecific low back pain within the past 3 months, and/or having pain between T12 and the gluteal fold for at least half of the past 6 months; 1.3. The most severe pain in the past 3 months has a pain intensity of =3 points on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS); 1.4. Right-handed. 2. Healthy Control (HC) group: 2.1. Aged 18-60 years; 2.2. No history of low back pain for at least the past 3 months; 2.3. Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The following are the common exclusion criteria for the healthy control group and the cNSLBP group: 1. Having undergone lumbar spine, lower extremity, or abdominal surgery within the past 3 months; 2. Neurological diseases (such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease with neurological symptoms that may interfere with pain perception, etc.); 3. A history of malignant tumors, brain surgery, or brain tumors; 4. Contraindications to near-infrared brain function scanning (scalp lesions, metal implants, head trauma, etc.); 5. Presence of signs of radiculopathy, lumbar spinal stenosis, or spondylolisthesis; 6. Pregnancy or dysmenorrhea during menstruation; 7. Having taken painkillers within 3 days.
