Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 40 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease, with the diagnostic criteria being: coronary angiography showing >=50% stenosis in the patient's left anterior descending artery, left main artery, circumflex artery, or right coronary artery; 3. Obtained informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other heart diseases such as congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, myocarditis, severe valvular heart disease, or pulmonary heart disease; 2. Patients with infectious diseases, hematologic disorders, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, or chronic liver and kidney diseases; 3. Patients with a recent history of surgery or trauma; 4. Those lost to follow-up or with missing clinical data.
