Age
18 Years to 26 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Male college students, aged between 18 and 26; 2 Participate in basketball games at least 3 times a week, and each time for no less than 1 hour; 3 No history of lower limb surgery and no serious lower limb sports injuries within half a year; 4 The score of the Landing Error Scoring System (LESS) is greater than 6 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 There is a clear history of trauma, such as joint fractures, severe sprains, etc. 2 Meniscus and knee ligament injuries occurred within six months; 3 There is a history of lower limb surgery; 4 There are other obvious pains in the lower limb joints such as the hip and ankle.
