Interventions

Gold Standard:JRS scores independently assessed by two ophthalmologists with =10 years of blepharospasm expertise (intensity 0-4 + frequency 0-4, total score 0-8).
Index test:Multimodal deep learning-based intelligent JRS scoring system (Input: 5-min standardized facial video
Output: JRS score).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 85 years old; 2. Case group (1) Meet the clinical diagnosis criteria for eyelid spasm; (2) Presence of observable or inducible involuntary contraction of the orbicularis oculi muscle; 3. Control group (1) Do not meet the diagnostic criteria for eyelid spasm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Facial skin damage or deformities affecting the localization of spastic movement areas, facial movement hotspot detection, or action recognition; 2. Inability to cooperate with video acquisition; 3. Persons without civil capacity or who have not signed informed consent.
