Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is aged between 18 and 65 years old, with good compliance and the ability to undergo regular follow-up examinations; 2. The single tooth in the anterior teeth cannot be retained, while the adjacent teeth have no severe periodontal or dental diseases and no fixed restorations; 3. The opposing teeth are natural teeth or implants, and the occlusal relationship is stable; 4. Thick gingival type; 5. The CBCT shows that the labial bone plate is intact and has a thickness of >= 1 mm, and there is sufficient bone volume (>= 4 mm) in the root area.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgery is absolutely contraindicated for patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases that affect bone integration; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients who have received radiotherapy or have been using bisphosphonate drugs for a long time; 4. Patients with acute infections affecting the implant site; 5. Smoking patients with a smoking rate of more than 10 cigarettes per day or patients addicted to alcohol or drugs; 6. Patients with an full mouth plaque index and (FMPS) of more than 25% and an full mouth bleeding index (FMBS) of more than 25%, who still cannot maintain oral hygiene after oral hygiene guidance
