Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 years old and above (adult). 2. Normal physiological functions and good mental state (evaluated and approved by the physicians of Nankai University Hospital). 3. Emotionally stable, able to understand and cooperate with the entire experimental process and sign the informed consent form. 4. Be willing to accept short-term fixed targets in vitro and agree to collect one's own physiological activity data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with physiological functional defects or obvious diseases (as determined by a physician to be unable to participate). 2. Unable to maintain relative emotional stability during the experiment or having severe mental/cognitive impairments that affect cooperation. 3. There may be open skin lesions or a history of severe allergy to the binding straps/target materials. 4. Pregnant women 5. Other circumstances where participation is deemed unsuitable by researchers or physicians.
