Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, no gender restriction; 2. Diagnosed with diabetic macular edema by Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), with central subfield thickness (CST) greater than 300 µm; 3. Meets treatment indications and has received faricimab (6.0 mg) treatment; 4. Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA): 20/40 to 20/320; 5. Stable diabetes control (HbA1c <=10%).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received treatment with other anti-VEGF drugs (such as ranibizumab or aflibercept) within the past 3 months; 2. Presence of other eye diseases (such as retinal vein occlusion, uveitis) affecting the retina; 3. Unstable systemic diseases (such as uncontrolled hypertension, severe renal insufficiency); 4. No aqueous humor sampling was performed before or after treatment.
