Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Histologically confirmed nasopharyngeal carcinoma. (2) stage as T1-2NanyM0 according to the eighth edition staging guidelines of AJCC/UICC . (3) Complete a radical intensity-modulated radiotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Recurrent and metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma; (2) No nasopharyngeal MRI; (3) Double primary malignant tumors and previous history of malignant tumors; (4) Lost to follow-up.
