Insulated microneedle side:Treatment with insulated microneedles on a randomized side of the patients face.
Non-insulated microneedle side:Non-insulated microneedles were used on the other side of the face of the same patient.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who wish to improve their facial skin problems (e.g. enlarged pores, acne scarring, etc.) through RF microdermabrasion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or lactation, severe cardiac, cerebral, hepatic or renal failure, malnutrition.Patient has received lasers, injections, chemical peels, and other topical treatments within the past 6 months.History of keloids, history of systemic steroids, history of systemic vitamin A-like therapy.
