Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Adult male or female aged 13-18 years; (2) Patients diagnosed with major depressive disorder (MDD) for the first time; (3) Right-handed; (4) Not taking antidepressants; (5) No history of drug dependence or abuse within the past 3 months; (6) No psychiatric comorbidity; (7) No medical or neurological comorbidities or major serological abnormalities; (8) Understand the content of this study, voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Past or present mental or neurological disease; Patients with organic brain lesions or past craniocerebral surgery; Suffering from severe and unstable physical diseases; He has contraindications to MRI and cannot tolerate prolonged MRI.
