18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.First diagnosis of lower limb lymphedema after treatment of gynecological malignancies (radiotherapy or surgery); 3.Lymphedema stage I-III; 4.Stable tumor condition without serious complications; 5.Possess basic communication skills and be able and willing to accept follow-up; 6.Willing to participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to comprehensive decongestive therapy include confusion, inability to clearly express inner feelings, any type of acute infection, cardiac edema, malignant disease, renal failure, acute deep vein thrombosis, severe peripheral neuropathy, severe arterial insufficiency (ABI < 0.5), and insufficient blood flow (ABI < 0.5).
