40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed as small to moderate rotator cuff injuries (full-thickness rotator cuff injuries with a tear length of less than 3 cm), patients who meet the surgical indications; 2. Unilateral rotator cuff injury; 3. Comprehensive preoperative functional examination was conducted. 4. Willing to undergo clinical follow-up. 5.age 40-69 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.For simple subscapularis muscle injury or anterior superior rotator cuff injury combined with subscapularis muscle injury; 2. Has previously undergone shoulder joint surgery (open incision or arthroscopic procedure); 3. Merge diseases in other parts of the same limb; combine Bankart injuries, shoulder-scapula joint disorders, large head fracture, glenoid fracture, etc. 4. Bilateral onset; 5. Patients with severe osteoporosis, and those with poorly controlled internal medical conditions such as hypertension and diabetes; 6. Unable or unwilling to undergo clinical follow-up.
