Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition)" and take hypoglycemic drugs; 2. Patients who are conscious, able to read or communicate verbally, and have no communication barriers with healthcare workers; 3. Age > 18 years old; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with cognitive impairment or mental illness; 2. Combined with other major diseases (such as cancer, cardiac insufficiency, etc.); 3. Patients who are participating in other ongoing studies.
