Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>= 18 years old. 2.Patients who were diagnosed with end-stage renal disease ( ESRD ) and underwent autologous arteriovenous fistula ( AVF ) angioplasty for the first time between 2023 and 2025. 3.At least three blood lipid tests were recorded after operation, and the follow-up data of fistula patency within 1 year after operation were available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The key data ( such as operation date, failure date ) in the medical records were missing or seriously incomplete. 2.Postoperative follow-up was interrupted due to non-internal fistula failure ( such as kidney transplantation and death ).
