Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of SCAP in the 2007 ATS/IDSA guidelines; 3. Obtain informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been bedridden for a long time before admission and have severe immune deficiencies (such as HIV/AIDS, long-term use of high-dose hormones/immunosuppressants after organ transplantation) ; 2. End-stage liver disease (Child-Pugh grade C) or end-stage renal disease (regular dialysis); 3. Active malignant tumors that are currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 4. Before admission, the patient was diagnosed with abnormal lipid metabolism and is currently receiving relevant treatment; 5.Those with an expected survival time of less than 24 hours or who give up active treatment within 24 hours after admission; 6. Women and lactating women; 7. Unable to obtain informed consent.
