Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Persistent chest pain lasting more than 30 minutes, unrelieved by sublingual nitroglycerin; 2. Electrocardiogram showing ST-segment elevation in at least two adjacent leads: >=0.1 mV in limb leads and >=0.2 mV in precordial leads; 3. Cardiac creatine kinase MB isoenzyme (CK-MB) >0.05 ng/mL, and positive troponin T or I; 4. Age between 18 and 79 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe psychiatric disorders; 2. Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; 3. Patients with a history of coagulation disorders.
