Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clearly defined as patients with type 2 diabetes and/or Parkinson's disease. 2. Aged 18 years or older. 3. Able to cooperate with the AST examination and have a positive test result. 4. Willing to voluntarily participate in this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate with the AST examination. 2. Presence of severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal impairment. 3. Personal history of stroke or acute coronary syndrome. 4. Poor acoustic window on both sides during the TCD examination.
