60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>= 60 years; 2.Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke specified in Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2018), confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 3.Has good orientation to time, place, and person, with intact verbal communication ability; 4.Provides informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mental abnormalities or cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with other severe comorbidities, including acute hemorrhagic diseases, or dysfunction of major organs such as heart, liver, kidney, and lung; 3.Patients without access to communication devices; 4.Patients with stroke lesions located in the hippocampus, as indicated by CT or MRI.
