Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia should strictly follow the ASA guidelines for fasting and drinking (recommended for a minimum of 2 hours, liquids containing solid food for a minimum of 6 hours, and high-calorie and high-fat foods for a minimum of 8 hours). Age > 18 years old. ASA Grading I.~III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to participate in this study or are unable to communicate normally Patients who are unable to complete ultrasound measurements Those who have had gastrointestinal organic diseases in the past and have gastrointestinal surgery Patients who need enemas in special circumstances before surgery Taking certain drugs that affect gastric motility (eg, atropine, hyoscyamine, metoclopramide, domperidone tablets) before surgery
