Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Applicants must be aged 16–30 years, in good health, and have no serious injuries or chronic diseases affecting athletic performance within the past three months; no history of major cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological diseases; possess at least one year of systematic training background; and be assessed by the team doctor as capable of safely completing incremental load and repetitive sprint tasks. To ensure the stable operation of the neural monitoring equipment at different load stages, subjects must not have any scalp, eye, or facial injuries that would affect the wearing of the head-mounted device.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute respiratory infection, acute bone and joint injury, fever, sleep disturbance, use of medications affecting neurological or cardiovascular regulation, recent abnormal fatigue, or training interruption are contraindications.
