Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Possessing a nurse's practice qualification certificate; 2. Those who have experienced medical trauma events within the past year, such as adverse events, patient deaths, nurse-patient conflicts, etc. 3. Clinical front-line nursing workers; 4. Voluntarily participate in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-on-the-job formal nursing staff, such as trainees, interns, etc. 2. Suffering from severe mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) and currently undergoing drug treatment; 3. Have participated in other psychological intervention researchers within the past three months.
