Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The histopathological diagnosis was confirmed as bone and soft tissue sarcoma; 2. Age <= 18 years; 3. Sufficient tumor tissue and control blood samples could be obtained; 4. Obtained consent from the guardian and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other malignant tumors; 2. Combined with major organ dysfunction; 3. Other circumstances judged by the investigators to be unsuitable for participating in this study.
