Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed pregnancy, meeting either the Western medical diagnostic criteria or the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation criteria; 2. Aged 18–35 years; 3. Singleton pregnancy with a gestational age < 12 weeks; 4. Willing to receive integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine (ITCM) therapy for conditioning or miscarriage prevention; 5. Able to cooperate with self-measurement of blood pressure and body temperature using instruments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe complications of internal medicine systems such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or renal diseases; 2. Those with concurrent malignant tumors; 3. Those undergoing bed rest for miscarriage prevention, ectopic pregnancy, multiple pregnancy, or embryonic arrest; 4. Those with neurological or psychiatric disorders who are unable to cooperate with triage.
