Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with non-valvular atrial fibrillation in accordance with the "Chinese Expert Recommendations for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Non-Valvular Atrial Fibrillation in the Elderly (2016)" and based on electrocardiogram or 24-hour Holter monitoring results; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Clear consciousness, no communication barriers, and the ability to complete the questionnaire independently or with the assistance of the researchers; 4. Giving informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Reversible atrial fibrillation caused by factors such as hyperthyroidism and electrolyte imbalance; 2. End-stage malignant tumors or cases accompanied by severe organ dysfunction; 3. Cases with severe cognitive impairment or mental disorders.
