Interventions

Control group:No intervention was imposed and the follow-up was 8 months.
Cognitive Behavioural Intervention Group:The intervention consists of 4 modules focusing on Positive Thinking exercises, Road Safety Education, Driving Behaviour, and Stimulating Empathy, 1 module eve
Psychological intervention group:Includes 8 topics such as Positive Eating and Positive Living, Body Scanning, and Positive Living for Happiness. Each topic is 1 week long and is completed over a peri
Cognitive + psychological intervention group:A combination of both cognitive-behavioural and psychological interventions were delivered over a period of eight weeks to complete.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participation in this study is only possible if the following conditions are also met. 1. Teenage e-bike drivers aged 16-24 years old with risky driving behaviours in the exposure group of the previous study; 2. Interest in participating in this intervention project; 3. Internet access and a compatible device (smartphone or tablet); 4. Ability to participate in the intervention procedure; 5. Signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anyone with any of the following is not eligible to participate in this study. 1. drivers of electric bicycles who are not 16-24 years old with risky driving behaviours; 2. history of chronic physical illness or major physical illness; 3. history of mental illness; 4. history of psychotherapy in the last 6 months; 5.pregnancy; 6. known or suspected non-compliance; 4. inability to participate in the intervention procedure; 8.not signing the informed consent form.
