60 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age >= 60 years. Self-reported memory decline, or memory impairment reported by an informant, lasting >3 months. Meets the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment in the elderly as per the Chinese Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Impairment (2020), with confirmation by a clinical neurologist based on medical history and laboratory findings. Not currently taking any medication that affects cognitive function. Has access to a mobile communication device and wireless network, and possesses the ability to perform online operations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe visual or hearing impairment. Severe behavioral and psychological symptoms.
