Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years; 2. Volunteers willing to complete PSG monitoring; 3. Insomnia patients meeting the ICSD-3 criteria for "chronic insomnia disorder", defined as subjective reporting of initiating and/or maintaining sleep disturbances at least three times weekly (when sufficient sleep opportunities are available), persisting for at least three months with associated daytime functional impairment. 4. Middle school education or higher; 5. Right-handedness; 6. Sufficient cognitive and auditory-verbal abilities to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2. Individuals with intellectual disability, alcohol or substance abuse/dependence; 3. Patients with comorbid conditions such as schizophrenia, severe mania, anxiety disorders, or depression; 4. Those with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency;5. Patients with sleep disorders including sleep apnea syndrome or restless legs syndrome; 6. Patients with neurological disorders or other conditions affecting sleep architecture.
