Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cysts exceeding 5cm and symptoms who have undergone liver cyst fenestration and decapitation surgery; 2. The patient has good cardiovascular function and can tolerate surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from liver cirrhosis, tuberculous peritonitis, malignant tumors in the abdominal cavity, heart failure, hypoalbuminemia, and other comorbidities that lead to impaired absorption of ascites and increased production; 2. Patients with cysts complicated by infection or bleeding; 3. According to the Child Pugh liver function classification criteria, patients with preoperative liver function of grade C.
