Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for breast cancer outlined in the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association Breast Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines and Standards (2021 Edition); 2.Female patients aged 18 to 65 with a spouse providing care; 3.Caregivers aged 18–65 years old, providing >=4 hours of daily care; 4.Both patients and caregivers are able to communicate effectively; 5.Informed consent and voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other primary malignancies and unstable disease; 2.Patients or their spouses/caregivers with mental disorders or cognitive impairment; 3.Has participated in relevant training;
