Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Admission to the maternity ward of Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH); 2.Age: 18-45 years old; 3.Gestational week: 28+0 to 41+6 weeks of pregnancy; 4.High-risk pregnancy group: singleton pregnant women with a diagnosis of hypertensive disorders of pregnancy or fetal growth restriction; 5.Control group: singleton pregnant women without hypertensive disorders of pregnancy or fetal growth restriction;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with comorbid underlying cardiovascular diseases such as congenital heart disease and large vessel malformations; 2.The patient refuses to participate in the study;
