Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is aged 18 years or older, with no gender restrictions; 2. According to RECIST 1.1 criteria, there are evaluable unresectable or metastatic lesions, regardless of the number of previous treatment lines; 3. Prior to treatment, fresh tissue specimens or malignant fluid samples sufficient for organoid establishment can be obtained through various biopsy methods; 4. Patients with ECOG physical fitness status score of 0-2; 5. Expected patient survival time >= 3 months; 6. The patient voluntarily joined this study and signed an informed consent form (ICF), with good compliance and cooperation with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. History of immunodeficiency, including positive HIV serum test; 3. Existence of any serious or uncontrollable systemic disease; 4. Patients who have had clinically significant (i.e. active) heart disease (such as congestive heart failure, symptomatic coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, etc.) or myocardial infarction within the past 12 months; Patients with other malignant tumors within 5.5 years, except for cured skin cancer; 6. Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by researchers.
