Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed with Moyamoya disease, the diagnostic criteria comply with the "Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Moyamoya Disease and Moyamoya Syndrome (2024 Edition)" : 1) Stenosis or occlusion of the terminal segment of the internal carotid artery and the initial segments of the middle cerebral artery and anterior cerebral artery;2) Abnormal vascular networks appear at the base of the skull; 3) Bilateral or unilateral involvement. Simultaneously meet the conditions of 1) and 3) or 2) and 3), and rule out cerebral atherosclerosis, autoimmune diseases, meningitis, craniocerebral trauma, radiation injury, brain tumors, etc. (2)The age range is 18 to 75 years old. (3) Informed consent. (4) Those who are proficient in using smart phones and can obtain mobile health management services with them.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with mental disorders or those with a history of mental illness either personally or in their families; (2) Combined with other serious liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors and other diseases that significantly affect the patient's lifespan.
