40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Underwent elective heart valve replacement surgery in our hospital, meeting the indications for heart valve replacement surgery; 2.The patient is aged between 40 and 80 years old; 3.The patient and their family have good compliance, fully understand the content of the project, and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not meet the surgical indications for valve replacement but undergo surgery for other reasons; 2. History of chronic lung diseases such as COPD and asthma, or autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus and Sjogren's syndrome, or combined with malignant tumors; 3. Previous history of renal insufficiency, including acute kidney injury (SCr increase of 50% within 7 days or 0.3mg/dL within 48 hours), chronic kidney disease (GFR < 60ml/min per 1.73? for 3 months); 4. Previous history of hepatic insufficiency; 5. Previous history of atrial fibrillation requiring drug control of ventricular rate; 6. The patient had a history of stroke, and the diagnosis was made based on preoperative head CT/MRI and consultation opinions; 7. Patients and their families had poor compliance, or could not fully understand the content of the project, or refused to sign the informed consent.
